This was a surprisingly hard information to find. It seems both the Simyo web portal, talking to their agents or various phone codes won't work when trying to disable the call forwarding feature (buzón / contestador automático).

What worked for me was:

##21# to disable forwarding to 644109980 (Simyo's contestador).
#62# to verify forwarding (everything sould be disabled).
